It is rare that I am happy posting a sketch. I have a hard time keeping them loose and I almost always overwork them, which is the exact opposite idea of sketching in the first place.

There almost wasn’t something new tonight, I hit a number of dead ends with a few sketches and I was in danger of having one of my “untalented nights”. I gave it one more shot before giving up and finally got something to work close to the way I wanted it. It is still overworked, it is still more cartoony that I had intended, but I am happy enough to post it and walk away.
