With the big Game Developers Conference happening all this week there are a number of new game announcements and media being released. In an Industry that is mostly focused on realism and big guns and adolescent male fantasy, it is always refreshing to see a game like Fez get some attention.

It is definitely a throw back to the art style of the Nintendo and Super Nintendo days, but with an interesting gameplay twist, no pun intended.

The art style, music, and gameplay all have me really interested in this game. It is a completely Indie game that is currently being created on the PC, so hopefully there will be a playable version released soon. Hooray hat collecting!
