One of the odd things I’ve noticed about Batman’s sidekick Robin is that the outfit is either really effeminate for a man to be wearing, or overly masculine for a chick to be wearing. Odd.

So no, this is not some odd DC Comics related fantasy. Carrie Kelley is the female Robin in Frank Miller’s futuristic Batman graphic novel “The Dark Knight Returns”. It is one of my favorites, and I actually started rereading it the other night when I couldn’t fall asleep. And then coincidentally my friend Joann brought up the character today on Facebook which got the idea stuck in my head. Anyway, blah blah blah, girl Robin and a new sketch. Enjoy.
