IV Angels site.
I am posting another link today, but it is a link with some of my own work, so it feels like less of a cop out.
My friend Michelle is collecting toy angels of all shapes and sizes and adapting them so that they can be hung from the IV stands of kids undergoing chemotherapy. To date she has donated over 3,000 angels to hospitals all over Metro Detroit, which makes me feel all kinds of lazy. She asked me to help her design a site to tell the story of her sister, Mandy, who died last year of cancer, and to inform people who might want to donate an angel. There really wasn’t anyway I could say no.
You can check out the site at www.ivangels.com and by clicking this link. It is a pretty simple site, it didn’t really need to be flashy, but I’m still happy with it.
Also this morning (saturday) I am heading down to the LA area for the night to see some of my old compadres, drink some beer and play copious amounts of video games. It will be a decidedly geeky affair. I am very excited. This means no update for Sunday, but I am really going to try and have something for Monday. We all know which Saint likes to drink green beer on Monday right?

I work at an infusiion center that received 4 angels to hang on our IV stands. Someone has taken one of them. This was brought to my attention by a client who was disappointed that she didn’t have one hanging from her IV pole.
I can’t seem to get http://www.IVangels.com and I wonder if there is some way to get more angels?
