I had every intention of getting an illustration up for today’s celebration of all things Irish, including the grand Celtic tradition of consuming bright green beer brewed in Milwaukee. Unfortunately after spending 12 hours over the weekend in my car driving back and forth from LA, I arrived home last night with barely enough energy to take my shoes off before colapsing into bed.

So I am celebrating this day with a green t-shirt, green colored cookies, green spearmint Altoids, and an online radio playlist consisting of Flogging Molly, The Dropkick Murphys, the Pogues, The Young Dubliners and whatever other Celtic punk band can manage to elbow its way in.

And finally for those of you out there, like me, who don’t have a stomach for either Corn beef or Cabage I found an excellent recipe for Guinness Stout Beef Stew. Enjoy.
